Guest Declaration, Indemnity & Liability

I, duly authorised and appointed as the representative of all guests in this booking, am fully responsible for the conduct, safety and actions of all visitors or occupants during the stay, and agree that all facilities are used at my/our own risk. The owner of the establishment, employees, agents or the Body Corporate cannot be held liable for any injury, loss or damage incurred whilst occupying the apartment or using the facilities.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Owner and host from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities or legal costs arising from any injury, damage, negligence, death and the like.

The owner shall not be liable for cancellation, disruption or loss caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, civil unrest, or utility failures.

I furthermore acknowledge that I may be held responsible for costs incurred through my own or guest negligence resulting in damage to the property, including furnishings and fittings.
